Innovation Management

The clue is in the title. Simply having a great idea is not enough. We believe that truly engaging consumer experiences emerge from a managed, systematic, rigorous and deliberate approach to innovation. The process starts with a joint development workshop, involving our client and experts from across all relevant phases of the project lifecycle. This ensures that each aspect of the project is taken into account from the beginning. A convergence phase then takes the raw material from the workshop and maps it against the client’s success criteria to create a holistic concept that is measurable, agreed upon and, crucially, deliverable.
